Philippines — People wear polka dots to symbolize prosperity and wealth.
Spain — People eat 12 grapes at midnight to bring good luck for every month of the upcoming year.
Greece — People eat a cake called Vasilopita which contains a hidden coin. Whoever finds the coin is said to have good luck all year.
