Worst Country For Seeing Wild Capybaras?

A Fun Naval Fact, Too

Argentina is an absolutely fantastic country.

It has great architecture, delicious food, cool cities, beautiful nature, and fascinating wildlife. However, I’ve rarely seen wild Capybaras anywhere in the country.

In fact, Iberá National Park is the only place in Argentina where yours truly has ever spotted a wild capy. It’s a beautiful, almost otherworldly landscape, with vast wetlands and marshes stretching as far as the eye can see.

Hope you enjoy the wild Capybaras hanging out along the park’s trails.
