It may be sunny in today’s Capybara picture, but summertime is known for storms. It’s a global phenomenon, from the rainy season in Asia to downpours in the Midwestern United States. In fact, storms are so prevalent that, according to the National Weather Service, “Nearly 1,800 thunderstorms are occurring at any one moment around the world.”
