Capybaras like staying cool on a hot day, and sometimes they want more variety than a boring old swim in the lake.

So, they’ll roll around in the dirt or rest in a giant mud puddle.

These three have fairly clean coats, so no rolling for them. Instead, they were lying on top of the muddy riverbank and letting the wet soil keep them cool.
