Good Morning!

Hope You Enjoy This Capy Pic!

Do you like Capybaras?

Do you like birds?

Here’s a sleepy Capybara relaxing in the lake while a Common Gallinule forages nearby!

The CapyTube Merch Store Proudly Presents:

Professor Capybara’s Common Gallinule Fact

Although they look similar to ducks, the Common Gallinule is actually a member of the “Rallidae” bird family.

Wild Gallinules can be found throughout North, Central, and South America.

And, Common Gallinules have an interesting ability where their long toes allow them to walk on top of soft mud or floating vegetation. So, these birds can forage in marshlands even if there’s no solid ground!

Thanks for reading and have a great day!
