New CapyTube, Too...

It’s spring in Brazil and that means rain.
The sun was shining and the skies were clear when I left for the park yesterday.
But by the time I arrived, the weather had changed and it was drizzling rain.
An hour later, the weather cleared up. This created the perfect oppertunity to snap a picture of two friendly Capybaras who were enjoying a late breakfast of dewy grass.

Sao Paulo’s Tietê Ecological Park is a gorgeous nature preserve, but I have awful luck when it comes to seeing Capybaras there. Thankfully, the park is packed with other critters, like this wild coati who flopped down and demanded tickles.
