Capy Weekend!!!

And Enjoy These Capybaras!

Capy weekend and I hope you get to do something fun or relaxing.

Enjoy two pictures of Capybaras, one where they’re hanging out in the water and one where they’re grazing the park.

Plus, you won’t want to miss today’s fun fact about the ideal time to look for wild capys!

The CapyTube Merch Store Proudly Presents:

Professor Capybara’s Fact About Animals And Time

Many animals become more active in the evening, especially if it is hot outside. During summer months, Capybaras will often stay in or around water. And this can sometimes make it difficult to see wild capys.

However, as the sun sets Capybaras get more active and will leave the water to graze and explore.

Those Capybaras from today’s picture spent almost the entire day treading water and grazing their marshy island which is inaccessible to humans. But starting in the late afternoon, all the capys exited the water and began wandering around the park!

If you’re in a country with wild Capybaras and want to maximize your chances of seeing them, late afternoon / evening is always a good time to visit local parks.

Thanks for reading and have a great weekend!
